How can I earn decent money by working off my computer?

I’m looking for a job where I can work from my computer at my own convenience. I use to make decent money and I played the stock market and did well. The stock market was a pretty easy/convenient way to earn extra cash. However, now that I am no longer working, I don’t want to take any risks by playing in the stock market. I’m a college student and it’s pretty hard to find a job in this market and one that fits with my class schedule. And I don’t want my parents paying for my rent/bills anymore. It’s a pride thing… Can anyone refer me to a book or a website so I can learn about opportunities to work from home?
Maybe starting my own online business? Can anyone refer me a book to that?
